The girls from Kantai Collection have invaded Yokosuka Naval Base during the annual Friendship Day event where the public is given access to the base.
Yokosuka Naval Base is one of the main US Navy bases in Japan and holds an annual open day event, Friendship Day, so that the local community can learn more about their work, their ships and if you believe the following images, encounter Kancolle ship girls!
Talented CG artist shushuMMD has added various ship girls from the Kancolle series to video footage of the annual Friendship Day event in wonderful a mixed reality video.
Highlights include the girls going onboard ships and inspecting the bridge, posing for photos and generally walking around the base.
